For teams ready to lead differently

Leadership Workshops that actually change what happens on Monday morning

Most leadership programmes feel transformative in the room and evaporate by lunchtime. Ours are built around real decisions your team faces this quarter — so the shift sticks.

Behaviour over theory

We skip the personality matrices and jump straight to the conversations your team has been avoiding. Every exercise mirrors a real scenario from your organisation, not a hypothetical case study from a textbook.

Tension is the teacher

Productive disagreement is where leadership actually lives. Our facilitators create conditions where candour feels safe but silence feels costly, so participants practise the hard conversations before stakes are high.

Commitment, not consensus

Teams leave with specific commitments — who will do what by when — not vague agreements to "communicate better." We follow up at 30 and 60 days to ensure those commitments hold.

How an engagement unfolds

Every workshop is custom-built, but the architecture follows a tested sequence that balances preparation, immersion, and accountability.

Discovery call and stakeholder interviews

We spend two to three hours with your senior leaders and a sample of participants to understand the real dynamics — not just the stated objectives. This step surfaces the unspoken patterns that no survey captures.

Design sprint with your context

Our facilitators build scenarios drawn from your actual projects, conflicts, and decisions. Participants work on problems they recognise, which eliminates the "that would never happen here" objection.

The session itself

Half-day, full-day, or two-day immersions depending on scope. Groups of eight to sixteen people, never larger. Every ninety minutes includes a structured debrief so insights are captured in real time.

Commitment mapping

Before anyone leaves, each participant writes down three specific behavioural commitments and shares them with a peer accountability partner. These are documented and shared with you.

Follow-through check-ins

At 30 and 60 days, we reconnect with participants and sponsors. We measure which commitments held, which drifted, and why. This data shapes any subsequent sessions.

Workshop formats we run

Choose the depth that matches your situation, or let us recommend based on the discovery call.

Half-day workshop session with whiteboard collaboration

Ignite — a focused half-day sprint

Best for teams that need to break through a specific impasse or align on a single strategic question. Four hours, tightly facilitated, designed to produce a clear decision and next steps.

  • Up to 12 participants
  • One facilitator, one observer
  • Pre-session stakeholder brief included
  • Written summary delivered within 48 hours
Full-day immersive leadership workshop in a creative space

Immerse — a full day of depth

Our most popular format. Enough time to surface patterns, practise new behaviours, and build genuine peer accountability. Includes a working lunch where informal dynamics are observed and fed back.

  • Up to 16 participants
  • Two facilitators
  • 360-degree pre-work optional
  • Commitment mapping and 30-day check-in included
Two-day leadership retreat with outdoor breakout sessions

Embed — two days that reshape culture

For leadership teams undergoing significant transition — new structure, post-merger integration, or a strategic pivot. Day one diagnoses; day two builds the new operating rhythm together.

  • Up to 16 participants, often split into sub-groups
  • Two facilitators plus an executive coach
  • Includes evening reflection session on day one
  • 60-day follow-through programme with two check-ins

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers to the things prospective clients most often want to know before committing.

We typically need three to four weeks for the discovery and design phase. If your situation is urgent — a leadership crisis, an imminent restructure — we have run condensed timelines of ten days, though we prefer not to compress the stakeholder interview stage.
Yes, though we recommend in-person for the Immerse and Embed formats. Virtual delivery works well for the Ignite half-day, and we have refined a methodology that keeps energy high over video. Hybrid setups — some in the room, some remote — tend to dilute impact and we advise against them.
Pricing depends on format, group size, and the depth of pre-work required. As a rough guide, an Ignite session starts at £3,200 and a two-day Embed engagement ranges from £9,500 to £14,000. We provide a detailed quote after the discovery call, and there are no hidden fees for follow-up check-ins — they are included in every engagement.
Our core team consists of four facilitators, each with at least fifteen years of experience in leadership development, organisational psychology, or executive coaching. All have held senior operational roles before moving into facilitation — they understand the pressures your leaders face because they have lived them.
Scepticism is a feature, not a bug. Our discovery process specifically identifies sources of resistance so we can design exercises that address them directly. We do not ask people to "trust the process" — we earn credibility in the first thirty minutes by demonstrating that we understand their world.
We do. Roughly a third of our engagements are with European or North American teams. Travel costs are quoted separately, and we are happy to facilitate in English or partner with a local co-facilitator if language nuance matters.
